PASSAGES is the designated Area Agency on Aging for Planning and Service Area 3 (PSA 3), which was established in 1980 to plan and administer specific services for older adults (ages 60+) in the five counties of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Plumas and Tehama.

At PASSAGES, we provide these services or connect older adults to the appropriate home or community-based service provider. By coordinating these services and local systems, we empower individuals to live out their lives with independence and dignity in their own homes and communities.
