The Mountain Caregiver Resource Center (MCRC)
The Mountain Caregiver Resource Center (MCRC) serves families and caregivers of persons with adult-onset chronic, disabling brain diseases and disorders. Most services are free and include family consultations and planning, support groups, legal and financial consultation, respite care, training for families and professionals. MCRC serves Butte, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama and Trinity counties.

The Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP)
The Family Caregiver Support Program serves informal and family caregivers in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Plumas and Tehama Counties. 

 The Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) assists two groups of caregivers - those who care for frail elderly age 60 and over who do not have a brain impairing condition, and those age 60 and over who are caring for related children age 18 and under.  FCSP services include assessment of caregiver needs, caregiver support, respite care, legal consultation, counseling, and a variety of supplemental services.
