PASSAGES Connections is a program designed to provide counseling and support to older adults who want and need help with emotional issues in their lives. All visits take place in the home and are available throughout Butte County for individuals over the age of 60.

Potential Services include:

♦  Psychosocial assessment
♦  Nursing Support as needed
♦  Medication education
♦  Short term counseling

Peer Support

♦  Support by specially trained Senior Companions

♦  Medi-Cal and other insurance accepted
♦  Low or no cost services available
