Many individuals, including beneficiaries of PASSAGES programs, elect to make planned gifts or outright contributions to assist us in this critical work. Through such generous gifts, PASSAGES is able to ensure that quality programs will remain available for generations to come.

There are several ways to leave a planned gift, bequest, or endowment to benefit your community. PASSAGES can guide you toward making an educated choice based upon your assets, wishes, and long-term objectives.

Bequests | A bequest through your will designates a specific dollar amount, property, or percentage of your estate to PASSAGES.

Endowments | A monetary contribution or gift of assets such as securities and real estate can be structured in a number of ways, including an endowment that only allows for the interest to be drawn upon by PASSAGES.

Gift Annuities | Gift annuities allow you to transfer assets and enjoy a fixed annuity for life some of which may be tax free.

Insurance Policies | You may simply allocate part or all of your policy naming PASSAGES as owner or beneficiary.

Lead Trusts | Allows you to transfer assets to a trust and pay a stipulated income to PASSAGES for a fixed number of years. These trusts generate earnings for a designated amount of time and are then divided among your beneficiaries.

Remainder Trusts | These are used to place your assets in a trust, which earns interest for you and your beneficiaries until no beneficiaries remain.

Donor Advised Funds | Provides an opportunity to recommend the use of your gift by PASSAGES.

Retirement Plans | Similar to life insurance, you can allocate a percentage of your retirement assets to the nonprofit of your choice.

To make donations to PASSAGES on-line please click on the link below. Under the heading Ways To Give select Online (Secure Server). Select Type of Donation. Under Fund Categories choose College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and in the Funds column choose PASSAGES.
