Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program - HICAP
We deliver free Medicare consultation to adults and family caregivers through our Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program(HICAP). Maintained by registered and trained staff members and volunteers, this critical program provides hands-on objective information and problem resolution about Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, supplemental plans such as Medigap, prescription drug plans, government assistance programs, and long-term care insurance.
