Rep Payee and Bill Pay are very specialized services provided by PASSAGES to help older adults with financial management. Passages provides two helpful services. Rep Payee Program is a low cost program provided by Passages to help manage finances within care facilities. Bill Pay Program is low cost program, helping with management of personal finance within their own home.

These programs are especially worthwhile for older adults who experience a death in the family, have a backlog of debt, are bouncing checks, are at risk of losing essential services, or have a vision impairment that makes paying bills especially difficult. Rep Payee and Bill pay are supported by PASSAGES in order to promote independence, protect financial security, and prevent credit problems.
