PASSAGES is a direct service program of the CSU, Chico Research Foundation, a private non-profit corporation that serves as an auxiliary of the California State University, Chico. Our service area includes the counties of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama and Trinity.

PASSAGES is also the designated Area Agency on Aging for Planning and Service Area 3 (PSA 3) and a designated Caregiver Resource Center.
