Adult Day Health Care
PASSAGES’ works closely with the Peg Taylor Center, in support of adult day health care services. Each participant at the Peg Taylor Center has a personalized care plan designed to strengthen their health so that they can continue living in their own home or with their families for as long as possible. The Peg Taylor Center is a designated Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center providing specialized care for people with Alzheimer’s disease.
