Medical Transportation Services (METS)

Serving Tehama County. Volunteer drivers provide Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments for Tehama County residents who have been certified for the METS program (there is an application process).  Volunteer drivers are not trained and are not allowed to provide medical or personal assistance to METS passengers. Call METS at 530-385-2200 or 1-800-982-6638 for more information.

B-Line Paratransit

B-Line Paratransit is a shared ride service designed to meet the needs of seniors and persons with qualifying disabilities who are unable to use the B-Line fixed route services.

Dial-a-Ride service is a program operated by Butte Regional Transit and is for seniors (70+) and individuals with disabilities not found eligible for ADA paratransit service.
